MESSAGING CAPABILITIES

Voicemail — both Business Plus and Business Premium customers will be provided with access to voicemail facilities as standard. We will answer calls for customers during the day before voicemail is automatically activated at close of business . We can either record a personalsied voicemail message on behalf of customers or provide instructions on how to do this.

Customers will receive a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that will enable them to access any voicemail messages left out-of-hours.
