This Agreement is between 3tc Solutions Limited and you and covers your use of the Virtual Office Service provided by the company. By using this service you confirm your acceptance of, and to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
3tc Solutions Limited offers the Virtual Office Service at its website www.3tchouse.co.uk (together with other websites owned and operated by 3tc Solutions Limited and 3tc, Merseyside Third Sector Technology Centre). Virtual Office Service is a generic description of the service provided and does not imply a copyright by the company.
The service may include but is not limited to (i) a geographic telephone and fax number that provides for the delivery of inbound telephone calls and faxes for redirection or forwarding to another landline telephone or ancillary service; (ii) a postal address for the receipt, temporary holding and forwarding of letters delivered by Royal Mail or any other lawful body authorised by law to operate a mail delivery service.
The use of the geographic telephone number for the re-direction or forwarding of calls is subject to a fair use policy. If in the opinion of 3tc Solutions Limited your use of this number exceeds the level of use reasonably expected, 3tc Solutions Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service without prior notice (3tc Solutions Limited will attempt to confirm such termination or suspension in a subsequent notice to you).
Letters will be accepted, stored temporarily and forwarded on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Letters must be addressed to you and 3tc Solutions Limited reserves the right to return or dispose of correspondence not clearly addressed to you. You may not use the service for receipt of parcels or packets, nor may you use it for the service of legal proceedings. Similarly you may not use the address as a contact address for creditors or to apply for credit. The service is not designed for high volumes of mail resulting from mass mailing advertising campaigns. If in the opinion of 3tc Solutions Limited your use of this address exceeds the level of use reasonably expected, 3tc Solutions Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service without prior notice (3tc Solutions Limited will attempt to confirm such termination or suspension in a subsequent notice to you at your last known address).
3tc Solutions Limited may in its absolute discretion refuse to accept delivery of any item (i) where there is insufficient pre-paid postage (ii) any payment is outstanding (iii) delivery of the item is in breach of these Terms and Conditions (iv) involves the delivery of unreasonably large items of mail or unreasonable large volumes of mail (v) where the service is being used for the storage or delivery of items of value (the service is not designed for this and as such 3tc Solutions Limited liability in respect of any damage or loss of any kind is limited to £2 per claim and in aggregate shall not exceed £20 per month).
If 3tc Solutions Limited refuses to accept an item it will endeavour to inform you at your last known address but shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or other consequences to you or any third party.
3tc Solutions Limited will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit) however it may arise, nor for any liabilities, costs, claims, demands or expenses arising from any event including, but not limited to, any loss, damage, delay or misdelivery of postal items.
You are responsible for the contents of transmissions when using the service provided. 3tc Solutions Limited reserves the right to take action if it believes your service usage may compromise or disrupt services for you, other service users, 3tc Solutions Limited, 3tc, other occupants of 3tc House or any other party.
Your use of the service is subject to all relevant local, regional, national and international laws and regulations. In particular you agree to comply with UK law, not to use the service for illegal purposes, not to interfere with networks connected to the service (or to try and gain unauthorised access to other computer systems) and to comply with prevailing regulations regarding the same; not to infringe any third party’s proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy; not to transmit any unlawful or objectionable material of any kind. You also agree to comply with Internet regulations, policies and procedures. In the event of any inappropriate activity you recognise 3tc Solutions Limited right to report you to the appropriate authorities.
You agree to maintain the security of any confidential information provided in connection with the service. You also accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your account.
Termination of the service is by way of one calendar months notice in writing by either party.
You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to enter into this Agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for the service and the use it is put to.
3tc Solutions Limited reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time by posting a copy of the amended agreement to your last known address.
3tc Solutions Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of the services with or without notice to you. 3tc Solutions Limited shall not be liable to you or any third party should it decide to modify or discontinue the service.
3tc Solutions Limited does not warrant that access to, or use of, the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. 3tc Solutions Limited and its licensors and service providers expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, title, fitness, non-infringement, compatibility, security or accuracy.
Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk. You agree 3tc Solutions Limited or any of its licensors and service providers will not be liable for damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
Neither 3tc Solutions Limited nor any of its licensors and service providers shall be held responsible for any communications difficulties outside of their control that lead to an interruption in the service provided.
You agree to pay all charges for the use of the service. 3tc Solutions Limited reserves the right to change prices. Existing customers will be notified accordingly.
Fees are payable monthly and are non-refundable.
You must notify 3tc Solutions Limited of any changes to (i) your bank account details (ii) your billing address (iii) the name(s) of each person entitled to use the service. 3tc Solutions Limited reserves the right to terminate an account if payment is not made by the due date or for any other reason at the sole discretion of management. Any terminated accounts will be subject to a £25.00 + VAT reconnection fee. Non-payment in respect of any aspect of the service e.g. room hire, may result in the loss or suspension of all aspects of the service.
Failure to pay or any other breach of these Terms and Condition will result in 3tc Solutions Limited terminating the service without prejudice to any other action deemed appropriate. Following termination you hereby authorise 3tc Solutions Limited to either destroy any items of mail addressed to you or to forward them to you at your last known address at your own risk.
If any payment or other sums are outstanding 3tc Solutions Limited will not be in a position to forward such items until such payment or other sums are paid in full.
You accept that you are not the owner of any telephone number, e-mail or postal address assigned to you and 3tc Solutions Limited is entitled to re-assign your telephone number and postal address to another customer and terminate your e-mail address in the event of the service being ended by consent or terminated for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 3tc Solutions Limited is not liable for costs or damages arising out of any change in the telephone number or postal address and termination of the e-mail address assigned to you.
You agree you are not authorised to charge services provided to you or at your request to the telephone number, postal or e-mail address assigned to you by 3tc Solutions Limited or cause any third party service provider to pay such charges. Any such action will be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to indemnify 3tc Solutions Limited and its licensors and service providers against any liabilities (including legal fees and damages) arising out of any claim based on your or other persons use of the service.
You agree not to resell the use of, or assign, the service.
