Conference Facilities – 3tc House currently has a fully serviced conference room and a smaller meeting room (the latter is ideal for group sessions). Available facilities include an OHP with screen and data projectors, as well as TV and video, supported by in-house technicians. Laptops and network services are also available by arrangement (including broadband Internet access).The company's ICT Training Suite that contains 15 PC's with broadband Internet connections is also available for hire.

ICT Training – the training department offers a flexible range of training packages designed to help users fully exploit the use of new technology. Options include accredited courses as 3tc House is an accredited test centre for European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), e-citizen and Information Technology Qualification (ITQ) awards; non-accredited courses including popular ‘Office’ software as well as the likes of desktop publishing and web designc; simple ICT 'taster' sessions and bespoke ICT staff training that can we can quote for as appropriate.

Print & Design – the Print department offers a design and print service that is sensitive to customers needs and budgets. We can produce in-house annual reports, brochures and leaflets. Staff are also experienced in providing corporate branding including folders, letterheads and business cards. The department offers a complete range of priniting, copying, binding, booklet-making and laminating services.

Web Solutions - we use the latest Content Management Systems to produce truly versatile websites that can be updated by customers themsleves from any browser with an Internet connection without requiring specialist web authoring knowledge.

In addition to Virtual Office space, 3tc Solutions Limited also has physical Office Space available via a range of flexible leases. A range of tenants already occupy 3tc House. On-site facilities include a receptionist, caretaker, communal kitchens, daily office cleaning, full disabled access and a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) protected car park, with disabled parking bays.
