3tc House will provide you with a business address and individual telephone number.

This will be answered in your company name and transferred to you. Mail, faxes and e-mails will also be forwarded providing you are available or messages taken on your behalf. Hence we’ll run your office leaving you to run your business.

Our telephony solution makes best use of current technologies and provides ‘future-proofing’. Unlike some providers the quality of our telephone calls is excellent and does not ‘drop off’ due to conflicts with computer traffic.  

To convey a professional and established business image incoming calls will be answered by our Receptionist in your company name before being transferred to you.

Our advanced voicemail facilities will enable you to remotely access messages from any landline or mobile phone.

A mail, e-mail and facsimile forwarding service is also available. You can collect your mail directly from 3tc House, and / or have it sent onto an address nominated by you.

We can provide you with a ‘Hot-Desk’, a convenient workspace where you can use a PC with broadband Internet access at short-notice or on an ad-hoc basis. Any data is saved and backed up on the Virtual Office server.

In an increasingly competitive market, first impressions are everything. Take advantage of our high standard Meeting, Conference and Computer Training rooms. You will be able to book these on an hourly, half-day or daily basis as and when required.

We can arrange for a Personal Assistant to be on hand to smooth your visitors experience to the building e.g. by being on hand to welcome guests, oversee interview arrangements etc.

Experienced secretarial support is also available.

We are also exploring offering a Brochure Response, Handling & Fulfilment service to ensure that any enquiries arising from company literature and mail shots are passed on (although please note our Virtual Office facilities are not designed to deal with mass mailings). 
Other future initiatives include a Recruitment Response Handling service to enable customers to use their Virtual Office address in adverts and during recruitment drives, again, providing this complies with our standard policy on reasonable use. A discretionary Holiday Cover service  will ensure that business leads and opportunities are not missed when you take that well-earned break.

Storage space may also be made available for essential business collateral.
