£99 PER MONTH +VAT (AND £25 INITIAL SET-UP FEE)
Clients are allocated an individual Direct Dial Number (DDI) e.g. 0151-XXX-XXXX
Clients are supplied with a facsimile number e.g. 0151-XXX-XXXX designated by 3tc Solutions Limited.
Incoming calls are answered in clients name and speed dialled to a number of their choice. Outgoing calls are at standard BT rates (plus 15% administration fee) with clients receiving a monthly bill.
In the event of clients being unavailable messages will be taken. These can be collected directly by clients from 3tc House, details sent to an e-mail address of their choice or sent to their 3tc House e-mail address if purchased (see below).
Voicemail facilities are also provided that can be accessed outside normal business hours.

Client’s mail will be forwarded to an address of their choice on a daily, weekly or monthly basis at Royal Mail cost price (plus 15% handling charge).
Optional Extras
Clients will be entitled to hire available Conference, Small Meeting and IT Suite rooms in 3tc House with a 10% discount off our standard rates.
Clients will be entitled to purchase an e-mail domain of [clientname]@3tcHouse.co.uk for an annual fee (currently £10.00 per annum).
Clients will be entitled to use a Hot-Desk in 3tc House as a convenient workspace at a competitive hourly rate (currently £15.00 per hour). Access will be given to a PC with Microsoft Office and a broadband Internet connection. Clients who have purchased a 3tc House e-mail address will be able to use their domain of [clientname]@3tcHouse.co.uk
