£75 PER MONTH +VAT (AND £25 INITIAL SET-UP FEE)
Clients are allocated an individual Direct Dial Number (DDI) e.g. 0151-XXX-XXXX
Incoming calls are answered in clients name and speed dialled to a number of their choice. Outgoing calls are at standard BT rates (plus 15% administration fee) with clients receiving a monthly bill.
In the event of clients being unavailable messages will be taken. These can be collected directly by clients from 3tc House or details sent to an e-mail address of their choice.

Client’s mail will be forwarded to an address of their choice on a daily, weekly or monthly basis at Royal Mail cost price (plus 15% handling charge).
Optional Extras
Clients will be entitled to hire available Conference, Small Meeting and IT Suite rooms in 3tc House at our standard rates.
